Winter registration is now open! Most classes begin the week of January 25 but some do start early so register soon to make sure you get a spot!

We have just added a second session of Parent-Child Learn to Skate as the first one is already filled. Check out the course description for more information.

We've also added two more sessions of Get Ready to Swim, for children ages 5 & 6.

February Vacation Programs

Please check out our February Frolics on the Kids Stuff page for classes and activities occurring during February school vacation.

SCHOOL CLOSING/BAD WEATHER POLICY

If the public schools are closed during the day due to inclement weather, there will be no day or evening Community Education classes. If school is held but the weather conditions become severe later in the day, cancellations will be announced on WBZ (1030AM) radio. Community Education will also have a message on its voice mail after 4:30 p.m. and, when possible, we will post an update here on our website. Canceled classes will be rescheduled at a later date.

FITNESS CENTER PROGRAM

The Acton-Boxborough Regional School District maintains a fitness center which is open to the public on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings and on Saturday mornings. Our program is unique - there is no monthly fee and you pay as you go. Click here for more info.

We are looking for more Driver Education Instructors. Hours are flexible. If you are interested in learning more, please contact Rich Dushanek at 978-266-2525.

CLASS LOCATIONS
Please note that most of our classes are held in the Raymond J. Grey Junior High School or the Acton-Boxborough Regional High School. At the end of each class description here on our website and in our catalog the location is listed at the lower left corner. HS means it is in the high school and JH means it's at the junior high. If you have any questions about the location of a particular class, please call our office between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
