GET STRONG, NOT OLD! #STRONG

Strengthen and tone your muscles while increasing your metabolism to burn more calories. Build strength and improve muscular endurance for your daily activities. For variety, we'll use dumbbells, resistance bands, and your own body weight for resistance. We'll finish with stretches to improve flexibility and a period of relaxation so you leave feeling refreshed. Beginners enthusiastically welcomed! Bring water, a mat or towel, and two pairs of dumbbells (3 lb and 5 lb). Latex-free bands will be available for purchase from the instructor. If you have medical restrictions, please bring a note from your doctor to the first class. Judy Wolff is certified as a personal trainer by the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). She was introduced to strength training in an A-B Community Ed. class in 1994. She now holds several world records in the bench press in the women's 55-59 age class.
