Robert WezwickIn this class you will learn how to make healthy substitutions in recipes to make great tasting healthy meals and desserts healthier. You will also learn what to look for when choosing recipes. Some sample dishes will be prepared during this demonstration style class. Rob is the chef owner of Park Hill Chefs (www.ParkHillChefs.com) and is a professional personal chef, a certified ServSafe instructor and a graduate of culinary school. A $5 materials fee is payable to the instructor at the first class. Limit 15.
