"TOTAL" FITNESS #TOTFIT

Come join this unique class which combines 3 disciplines: yoga, aerobics and body toning techniques.  Begin with a slow warm-up using basic yoga postures and breathing to achieve overall flexibility and health.  Next, enjoy a full 25-30 minute aerobic workout using alternating periods of low and high intensity for cardiovascular fitness.  The use of small hand-held weights during some of the low intensity periods will increase your fat burning capability. The floor work will use a variety of exercises to strengthen and tone muscles of the abdomen, back, legs and upper body.  Spend the last 10 minutes of class in a cool down that uses stress reduction techniques that will leave you refreshed instead of exhausted.  Once you have experienced this class, you will know why it is called "TOTAL" Fitness.  This very popular class for over 20 years is well rounded and suitable for most people.  Please bring a mat for the floor work and a set of hand-held weights, either 2 or 3 lbs.  If the workout doesn't leave you feeling high, the great music will. Limit 30.
