Maxine BussellStudents will learn about and cook dishes from 5 states in America - New York, Massachusetts, Louisiana, California and Texas. Buffalo wings, Cheesecake, Boston Cream pie, Jambalaya, California sushi rolls, Cowboy chili and more Lunch is included. A $15 materials fee is payable to the instructor at the first class. Maxine Bussell has worked as a chef for over 20 years. She now works for a Boston catering company and teaches cooking to children and adults. See www.letsallcook.com.
