WATER WALKING #WATER

Water takes the impact out of exercise but what if you're not a lap swimmer? Water Walking could be for you. It's a great way to improve fitness, lose weight, rehabilitate from an injury or ease the limitations of arthritis or other medical conditions in an environment that soothes and supports the muscles and joints. This class is self directed after a brief introduction from the pool manager. Bring a water belt if you have one, a few will be available at the pool. Other equipment will also be available at he pool. Limit 8. Please indicate the session you'll attend.

Session 1 - Monday, Beg. 9/29

Session 2 - Tuesday, Beg. 10/7

Session 3 - Wednesday, Beg 10/1

Session 4 - Thursday, Beg. 10/2
