WOMEN'S WORKOUT #WWORK

Unmotivated to work out alone? Unsure about your workout routine or whether you're doing the exercises correctly? Join us for an informal, unpressured workout, under the supervision of a personal trainer. Each session you will have the option of doing an exercise routine prepared by the trainer or following your own program (with help as you need or request it). Prior experience with strength training exercises recommended, but if you've forgotten everything you once learned, that's OK. Beginners should take "Introduction to Free Weights for Women" class. Bring dumbbells, a mat, and water. Medical waiver may be required; call instructor (via Community Education office) if you know or suspect you have health-related restrictions. Judy Wolff is a certified personal trainer by the American Council on Exercise and the National Strength and Conditioning Association. She was introduced to strength training in an AB Community Ed. class in 1994. She now holds several world records in the bench press in the women's 55-59 age class. Limit 4.
