BREAKFAST AND BRUNCH #BRUNCH

 

Susan Allison

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day! Learn how to make a well-balanced, satisfying wonderful selection of the most scrumptious, easy-to-prepare healthy breakfast and brunch dishes for any day of the week. The menu for this two part class includes Berry Green Smoothies, non- alcoholic Pina Coladas, "raw" Granola with Almond Milk, Old Fashioned Oatmeal, Crepes and Cinnamon Rolls. The two sessions are complementary but designed as stand-alone classes for students who would like to attend just one class. Please bring a $10 materials fee, payable to the instructor, to class. Susan Allison is a Certified Living and Raw Food Chef. She has a BS in Exercise Physiology and a Certification from the American College of Sports Medicine as Health and Fitness Instructor. She has an MBA and a Total Quality Management Certificate. Susan is a certified organic food processor and owner of Thoreau Foods (www.thoreaufoods.com). In addition, she is a consultant in food labels to other food companies as well as restaurants and cookbook authors (www.nutritionfoodlabels.com). Susan has taught classes for Adult Ed programs in Littleton, Acton, Minuteman Tech and Assabet Valley.
