This is a combination TOTAL workout that does it all. CARDIO... An aerobic workout that builds heart and lung strength and endurance, improves circulation and burns excess fat as energy. POWER... Strengthen your muscles, build muscular endurance as you sculpt and tone your body and feel more powerful from the inside out. Improving core body strength with PILATES, abdominal and back conditioning, as well as improving postural alignment are key elements to tweaking your overall fitness level. STRETCH... to improve flexibility, increase range of motion and decrease the chance of muscle injury and tightness. Exercise at your own pace. Feel re-energized, stronger, more balanced and relaxed. Work everything in 45 minutes! Please wear sneakers and loose comfortable clothing. Please bring water bottle and a mat. Hand weights are optional. Yvonne has been an aerobic and fitness instructor since 1978. She is also Stott Pilates trained. She is a certified Exercise Leader though the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and she has her Aerobics Instructor certification through Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). She has a B.S. in Physical Education and a M.S. in Clinical Exercise Physiology. Please indicate the session you'll attend.
