This course will address some of the key issues in a divorce proceeding. We will discuss what occurs when a party seeks a divorce from the initial filing through the negotiating and settlement or trial of the divorce action. In addition, enforcement and modification of judgments will be reviewed. Mediation as an option will also be discussed. There will be a substantial question and answer period. All materials included in tuition. Attorney Harsip has been practicing Family Law for over 31 years and is a member of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, the Massachusetts Family Probate American Inn of Court, and has been chosen as one of the top Family Law attorneys in Massachusetts by Boston Magazine.
