This fiery dance originated in Cuba and has become extremely popular for all ages. Salsa, meaning "sauce", is an incredibly beautiful form of music combining many Latin sounds into one rhythm perfect for dancing! Come learn Salsa dancing and how to master confidence, rhythm, turning, proper partnering and total enjoyment on the dance floor! No partner necessary. Please bring clean, soft soled shoes. Monique has studied dance at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. She has also studied with U.S. Latin/Ballroom champions and renowned coaches. Monique is a former Amateur Open Gold Competitor in ballroom dance, and has placed in several NDCA Championship Finals in the United States. Limit 12.
