STRENGTH & FITNESS #FITTRAINING( Ages 50+)
Sean DenmarkThis class is for those who are serious and committed to being strong and fit for life. You will learn and develop weight lifting techniques and strength training. Three, five and eight pound dumb bells will be used. Stretch cords and bands will also be a part of the class. You will learn to develop and tone all of the muscle groups. From this class, you can expect to be stronger in your everyday activities. Sean has been an instructor for AB Community Education for 10 years, teaching both karate and fitness classes. He is currently teaching fitness to seniors in Concord. Limit- 10. Please indicate the session you'll attend.
