This class is perfect for those new to exercising as well as experienced fitness enthusiasts. The instructor brings 30+ years of experience to this program. You'll get individual attention to insure that you are exercising safely and effectively. Weekly metabolism boosting tips and recipes are included. Bring a set of hand-held weights, and a mat.
