FULL MOON OVER STILL WATER - BASIC QI GONG AND MEDITATION #FULL

Slow flowing movements calm the mind and body reducing stress and tension and enhancing the natural flow of one's life. Still posture and meditation create stability, clarity, and strength. You will learn a sequence of 10 simple, enjoyable Qi Gong movements and calming meditation in this 7-week course. We will be standing and seated in chairs. Deb is a certified Acupressure therapist and a member of the American Organization for Bodywork Therapies of Asia. She has been studying and teaching Asian movement and meditation for over 30 years.
