YOGA FOR EVERYBODY #FYOGA
Deb PowersThis is an ideal class for anyone who feels they cannot possibly
do yoga. All are invited to enjoy the wonderful benefits of yoga.
Emphasis is on renewing and maintaining one's flexibility, strength
and energy for optimal health and well-being. This course is also
appropriate for those recovering from an illness. Each session
includes a unique blend of full-body circulation: breath awareness
chair assisted yoga, standing and floor postures. It is not necessary
to get onto the floor. The morning yoga class uplifts and supports us
for our day. The evening class is calming and deeply relaxing. Please
wear comfortable clothing, bring a mat and drinking water. Deb has
introduced yoga to people of all ages and abilities for 29 years and
has created a gentle, restorative program that is easy, effective and
