Lyle Webster
Your home is likely your largest asset, but does it provide what you need? This class will guide you through a process to make decisions about how best to maintain, improve and invest in your home. Everything requires upkeep, especially our homes which are integral to our well-being. In uncertain times, we must make our best possible value decisions. Through an interactive listening process, instructor, Lyle Webster offers a two evening program to turn your Wish List into a Scope of Work Document. Whether forecasting required service intervals for property maintenance or setting the stage to engage the Design/Build process, we will create a Project Plan to empower your next steps. Overcome inertia with knowledge to take charge of making your home work for you! Lyle Webster holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree and he has worked in residential design and construction in the region for 25 years. Limit 12.
