Find out what matters most before spending a lot of time, labor, and money preparing you home for sale. The right preparation can reduce marketing time and get a better price. The first session covers how to create curb appeal and Internet appeal, and includes room-by-room staging suggestions; as well as several high impact, low-cost improvements. In the second session, homeowners will return with specific questions after applying what they have learned. Patrice Brymner has been staging area homes since 2001 and Peggy Yalman has been a top producing Realtor for 15 years. Patrice and Peggy share a passion for staging houses for sale and teaching home owners how to maximize their preparation efforts.
