On Friday,
November 27 (the day after
Thanksgiving) Community Ed is sponsoring a
5K Turkey Trot/Fun
Run with all proceeds going to
support the Acton Food Pantry. So come on out to
support a great cause and work off a little of
those mashed potatoes and pumpkin pies. You can
register at our office, by mail, or via fax

Ski Equipment Rentals -
Nashoba Valley Ski Lessons begin in January
2010, and there's still time to register through
Community Ed! If you would like to rent
equipment for the lessons, professional staff from
Nashoba Valley will be at the Administration
Building Gymnasium on Tuesday, December 1 from 7-8
p.m to help fit your skiier with equipment
(note: the fall Interaction catalog has the
wrong location listed). Avoid the hassle at the
slope and save $$. At the slope equipment rental
costs $100, but if you sign up on 12/1 it's just
$90. Children must be registered for lessons in
order to participate in the fitting session and
they must come accompanied by an adult. Please call
our office with any questions.
FITNESS CENTER PROGRAM
The Acton-Boxborough Regional School District
maintains a fitness center which is open to the
public on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings
and on Saturday mornings. Our program is unique -
there is no monthly fee and you pay as you

We are looking for more Driver Education
Instructors. Hours are flexible. If you are
interested in learning more, please contact Rich

CLASS LOCATIONS
Please note that most of our classes are held in
the Raymond J. Grey Junior High School or the
Acton-Boxborough Regional High School. At the end
of each class description here on our website and
in our catalog the location is listed at the lower
left corner. HS means it is in the high school and
JH means it's at the junior high. If you have any
questions about the location of a particular class,
please call our office between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
