INTRODUCTION TO FUSING AND SLUMPING GLASS #GLASS

In this 4 week class students will learn the basic processes and techniques used in glass fusing. The first day students will being by creating some simple fused class jewelry and tiles to gain a basic understanding of how to assemble fused glass pieces. The second class we will move into some more advanced processes like pattern bars and small aperture pours (pot melts). In the third class students will create unique gallery ready works of glass art from jewelry and dishware. The final class will be spent continuing the skills learned in previous classes and finishing projects. Students under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Limit 8.
