Are you disappointed every time you open up your quarterly investment statements? In this economy many have found the best returns to be in Real Estate. Many dream of being a real estate investor but are afraid they don't have the money required to finance their dream.This course will detail strategies for investors to finance single and multi-family investment properties. Information will be presented that all investors should know to start their journey. Topics covered will include the multiple finance options available and how to purchase investment properties with little or no money down. Financing and cash flow scenarios will be run using current properties listed for sale. All participants will receive a free credit report and a pre-qualification analysis. Joe Biggins, an Acton resident, is a Mortgage Banker with Greenpark Mortgage. He specializes in helping people finance their homes and investment properties.
