JAZZERCISE #JCISE

Jazzercise is an effective, total body conditioning program that will help you feel great, look terrific and bring new energy to your life. Each class combines the art of jazz dance with the beat of today's hottest music, including Top 40, jazz, country, rock & roll, hip hop, funk and classics. Easy-to-follow, fun choreography includes a gentle warm-up, 30 minute aerobic workout, muscle toning and strengthening segment with or without weights, and a stretch finale. Instructor will demonstrate both high and low impact movements throughout the class so every fitness level can participate. The non-competitive atmosphere makes it fun and easy for people of all fitness levels. Classes are held at the brand new Acton Jazzercise Fitness Center located at 423 Great Road. Acton. The center has aerobic flooring and state of the art sound system. Classes are taught by Acton Jazzercise Fitness Center staff, all certified Jazzercise instructors. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat or towel, water and weights (optional). Students may sign up for 8 weeks and may attend unlimited classes during that period.
