BASIC CADIO KICKBOXING #KBOX
Marie O'MalleyHave a blast learning how to kick and punch (no contact in this class) while getting a great FAT BURNING cardio workout. This simple to follow format is a great way to learn how to do kickboxing in a safe and comfortable atmosphere. Bring a friend and try something new this summer! Teens are welcome. Marie has been the owner of a fitness center for 26 years. She has a B.S. in Physical Education with a minor in Exercise Science. Limit 20.
