It is no secret that the age boom is upon us. The number of older people and their need for healthcare, housing, and other resources is increasing dramatically. This workshop will introduce the participants to Life Care Planning and the wide range of services and resources that are available to enable seniors to maximize their independence and quality of life. We will explore the Life Care Planning continuum for aging loved-ones, include support that is available for caregiving children. We will also discuss the health care continuum and how an aging parent's needs can be met throughout the life planning process. In this program, we will also explore the key legal planning components that support successful life planning and assist in navigating the continuum of care.
