SELF-HYPNOSIS FOR WEIGHT LOSS
Linda Donalds, CHtIn order to lose weight, and then keep that healthy weight, you must change your behaviors and make better choices. However, this does not have to be difficult to accomplish, so long as the changes are made not just consciously, but also at the subconscious level -- where your whole mind is aligned toward achieving your goal. When you change how your mind thinks and feels about food, you will lose weight. In this workshop, students will learn some powerful techniques using Hypnosis, Guided Imagery, and Neuto-Linguistic Programming (NLP). Limit 20. Linda E. Donalds, CH has been a member of the National Guild of Hypnotists since January 1998 when she completed their "Certification in Hypnotism" course. She also has also completed training in NLP and 5-PATH advanced hypnosis techniques.
