MASTERS COMPETITIVE SWIMMING

(Ages 18+)
Kim Donovan/Dave Baxter
This is an introductory program to prepare individuals to compete in masters swimming events. We will work on stroke techniques, starts, turns and race strategy. Kim will coach Monday and Wednesday. Dave will coach Tuesday and Thursday. Participants must be able to swim 500 yards (20 lengths) without stopping. Please indicate the day(s) you'll attend. Limit 18.
