THE SIXTY MINUTE #MIN

Learn how to get the best results from your exercise program with the least amount of time. In the "60 Minute Workout," we will stretch our muscle groups, complete a 30 minute cardiovascular routine to music and use free weights to strengthen and tone our muscles... a complete workout! Please bring 2, 3-5 pound weights, a water bottle and a mat for floor work. Please Note: Senior and Instructor discounts do not apply to these classes. Dianne is certified as a personal trainer by the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
