Enjoy 20 minutes of easy cardio moves to music, 20 minutes of full body strength training with resistance, and 20 minutes of Pilates for core strength, stamina, and endurance. Bring a mat, a pair of weights, a small hand towel, and a water bottle. Dianne is certified as a personal trainer by the Academy of Sport Medicine and certified in pilates by Stott Pilates.
