"Pasta with butter, again?!" Tired of serving the same meal over and over to your picky eater? Then this is the class for you! Whether you have an infant who is just starting to eat, a toddler who has become finicky or a tween who hates veggies, you can't miss this class. Here you will learn the basics of how your child is developing at different ages and stages of life and how to best aid that development with proper nutrition. We'll discuss what foods are appropriate when, how much your child should be eating, how to best deal with food challenges and a host of other issues. You will receive handouts and sample menus to help guide you on the journey to healthy eating for the whole family. Please bring a pen and paper and any questions you have about your child's nutrition! Anne McWaters is a Registered and Licensed Dietician with a Masters degree in Foods and Nutrition She is the owner of Fit with Food, LLC, and has experience counseling individuals in one-on-one settings as well as leading groups on various nutrition topics. She is also the mother of an energetic one and a half year old son.
