INTRODUCTION TO PIANO FOR ADULTS #PIANO

Have you ever thought, "I wish I had learned how to play the piano?" or, "I'd like to learn how but there's not enough time?" Then this course is designed for you as an introduction to the piano and music reading. Without having to make a long-term commitment, you will have the opportunity to explore the rewards of playing the piano, as you get "hands-on" experience within a small group setting. The only requirements are an enjoyment of music and access to a piano or keyboard on which to practice between classes. Lesson materials will be available from the instructor at the first class at a cost of approximately $10. Please bring a pencil to class, and if you will be practicing on a portable keyboard that is easily transportable, bring that as well. Gail Palm has previously taught this course to both adults and children at A-B Community Ed. and has over 25 years of experience as a private piano instructor. Limit 6.
