Dianne DeForgeA contemporary approach to the work of Joseph Pilates. You will learn the Stott Pilates Essential Mat repertoire. You will be taught the 5 basic principles to keep your foundational skills solid. Stott Pilates will help you increase your strength, and improve posture alignment and spinal health. Pilates works the body from the inside out. Create your girdle of strength to feel revitalized, relaxed and confident. Please bring a mat, a small hand towel and a water bottle. Dianne is certified in pilates by STOTT PILATES and as a personal trainer by the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
