LEARN TO DO PILATES #PIL
Dianne DeForgeIntroduced by Joseph Pilates, the method is based on developing muscle strength and flexibility simultaneously. The body is then taken through several fluid postures, strengthening and stabilizing the torso, working all the muscles and turning the abs, lower back and hips into the body's "power center." In this course, you will achieve flexibility, strength, balance, mind/body awareness, leanness and poise. Please bring a mat, hand towel and water bottle. Please note: Senior and Instructor discounts do not apply to this class. Please indicate the session you'll attend. Dianne is certified as a personal trainer by the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
