COLONIAL POST CLINIC #POST
(Girls entering grades 5-9)
(Boys, entering grades7-9)
Jon Duclos
This will be a low post and high post offensive and defensive basketball clinic. Players will learn how to play with their backs to the basket through group and individualized instruction, half court games and mini-competitions. The art of the drop step, jump hook, reverse pivot and other moves requiring footwork and feel will be taught. Moreover, players will learn about defensive positioning at both the low and high posts. Through this clinic, it is hoped that players will raise their game to a higher level in a personalized, focused and fun atmosphere. Players of all abilities from Community Education, Travel and School Teams are welcome. We will find the right balance and level of challenge for you. Jon Duclos is the Girl's High School JV Basketball coach. Please indicate the session you'll attend.
