REGISTRATION INFORMATION
There are four ways to register.
Mail it in! Print out the registration form and mail it in.

Walk it in! We are inthe Administration Building 15 Charter Road, Acton, MA 01720
Who can Register?
Registration in Community Education evening classes is open to anyone Jr. High School age or older, unless otherwise noted. Non-residents of Acton/Boxborough are welcome. Non-residents are assessed an additional $3.00 per class.
We will begin accepting registrations for the
Fall Term on Monday,
August 24 at 8:00 a.m.
Driver Education Walk-In
Registration for Acton or Boxborough residents begins at 7:30 a.m. on
Thursday, September 10th.
Children's Swim Walk-In
Registration for Acton or Boxborough residents is 8:00 a.m. on
Wednesday, September 9th.
Registrations are accepted the
on the first night of class on a space available basis. To avoid
disappointment, contact Community Education to determine if a class
has been filled or canceled. Students are advised to register early
as underenrolled classes will be canceled.
Confirmation: Students should
consider themselves enrolled unless notified otherwise.
Confirmation of enrollment
is not sent.
Full refunds
are given ONLY if:
1. Community Education cancels
a class due to low enrollment, or
2. The course requested is
already full.
Partial refunds
(90% of the registration fee) are given when:
Students withdraw from a
class at least 2 full business days before the start date of the
class (Community Education retains 10% of the registration fee to
cover office/administration costs)

REFUND
POLICY
Senior
Citizens
Acton-Boxborough Senior
Citizens (age 59 & up) may take a Community Education course for
1/2 price, unless otherwise noted in the description. This discount
does not apply to bus trips, rental equipment, or supplies.
Non-Acton-Boxborough Senior Citizens pay the full non-resident
charge.
Cancellations
If the public schools are
closed during the day do to inclement weather, there will be no
evening classes. If weather conditions become severe later in the
day, cancellations will be announced on WBZ (1030AM). There will also
be a voice message after 4:30 p.m. call 978-266-2525. Classes will be
rescheduled at a later date.
Miscellaneous
Community Education will cancel
any course with insufficient enrollment and refund tuition in full.
Community Education reserves the right to provide a qualified
substitute teacher in the event the teacher listed in the broshure is
unable to fulfill his/her teaching assignment.
