What is Reiki? It's an ancient, gentle, hands-on energy healing therapy. In Level 1 you will learn the history of the Usui method of Reiki. You will feel the universal life force as you are attuned to this process. The Reiki attunement is the foundation of Reiki and makes it unique. This ritual fine-tunes and balances the student's energy system, empowering them to be a conduit for channeling universal life force. Once attuned you will then have the ability to tap into this universal life force and heal yourself physically, emotionally and spiritually. Reiki works well in conjunction with other forms of healing, i.e. western medicine, Chinese medicine, etc. If you have been searching for a way to balance your systems and feel more vitality and peace, this is a great course to help you along the way.
Lucinda Zeman has been practicing Reiki since 2003 and has been teaching Reiki since 2008. She is also a Polarity Therapy practitioner.
