misunderstood? Listening to people and interpreting what they are
saying is a lot more work than we think. If you would like to learn
more about the way you communicate, the barriers to good
communication and how you can communicate more effectively, this
class is for you. Clare Harlow has an MSW and has been leading
seminars and workshops on career/life planning, communication skills,
networking and other personal and professional development topics for
