YOGILATES #YOGIL
The Movement Center StaffYogilates provides a great workout that is gentle on the body, combining movements from both Yoga and Pilates. This technique can correct posture, improve breathing, relieve stress, and tone the entire body. Students will learn breathing techniques, stretching, and basic muscle training. All levels welcome! Please wear comfortable clothing. Mats are available or you may bring your own. Limit: 16 Please indicate the session you'll attend.
