ZEN MEDITATION #ZEN"No wind, No waves. The empty boat is filled with moonlight." Deb PowersIn this 5-week course, you will learn and practice the technique
and fine art of Zen meditation. The dynamic, clear-cut precision of
Zen fosters deep insight, diamond-like clarity and strength, awakens
the heart of compassion and offers freedom within the rigors and
challenges of everyday life. Zen practice is energy efficient and
energy restorative. This course is appropriate for beginners and
seasoned meditators. We will sit in chairs. Bring a cushion and
mat/blanket if you wish to sit on the floor. Deb brings 30 years
of formal meditation experience to her practice. From 1996-2002, she
lived and studied in a Zen monastery and Zen center where she served
as a Dharma Teacher.
