Sue Donahue/Danielle MullinsZumba is a high intensity, high impact cardio workout that fuses hypnotic latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms, and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. So, ditch the workout and join the party! Please bring clean sneakers. Street shoes are not allowed in the dance studio. Sue Donahue grew up in the Acton area and has been a fitness instructor since 1990 She is a certified personal trainer with additional certifications in Group Exercise and Zumba. Sue has taught classes from Boot Camp and Step to Yogilates and Zumba from Boston to California. Danielle Mullins has her dance teacher certification through Dance Educators of America, and has also studied dance at Franklin Pierce University.
