ZUMBA®, CORE AND MORE #CORESue DonahueVariety is the spice of life! It is also the best way to ensure your exercise routine doesn't get to be, well, routine! Come join me for an hour and experience a complete total body workout! For the first half, we'll bring on the cardio with a Zumba dance set. From there, we move on to strength and core training using your body's own resistance and/or light weights. Then to top it all off, enjoy a final segment that will focus on stretching muscles and increasing flexibility. Classes will feature (but are not limited to): Zumba®, Pilates mat work, weights, and flexibility training. All fitness levels are always welcome! Please bring a mat, towel and clean sneakers.
